This project involved a full showroom fit-out for ECC at their Nugent Street location, delivering a complete electrical and technology installation to support the space’s functionality and presentation.
The scope of work covered the entire process from first fix through to final commissioning. This included a full electrical installation, bespoke lighting installation, advanced lighting control systems, CCTV camera installation, an integrated audio system, and a full upgrade of the building’s network infrastructure.
Both the electrical and structured cabling teams worked together on site to ensure all systems were fully integrated and operating seamlessly within the showroom environment.
A key requirement of the project was delivering an end-to-end solution under one team. By managing the electrical, lighting control, CCTV, audio, and network infrastructure together, the project was delivered through a single point of contact with consistent coordination across all systems.
One of the main challenges was completing the work while the showroom remained a live operating environment, with staff working on site and customers visiting the premises throughout the project. Careful planning, clear communication with the client, and phased working allowed the installation to progress safely while minimising disruption to day-to-day operations.
