Evolve partnered with BNZ to deliver a large-scale nationwide Microsoft Teams Rooms rollout across the bank's meeting and collaboration spaces.
147 rooms across BNZ sites nationwide — small, medium, and large — were brought online within an accelerated eight-week programme. During the most intensive phase, the Evolve team installed 84 rooms in just two and a half weeks.
The result is a fully standardised Microsoft Teams Rooms environment where BNZ staff can walk into any meeting space nationwide and experience a consistent, reliable, and user-friendly collaboration platform.
