Evolve partnered with Ingram Micro to deliver an integrated workplace technology fit-out for the company's new Auckland office — combining AV, structured cabling, and electrical infrastructure into one coordinated delivery.
The project centred on a Microsoft Teams Town Hall space designed for company-wide communication, supported by a full deployment of small, medium, and large meeting rooms throughout the workplace.

A workplace built for hybrid communication.
Ingram Micro's brief was to create modern collaboration environments that support both in-office and hybrid communication across multiple meeting and presentation spaces. The fit-out needed to deliver a consistent Microsoft Teams experience across every room size — from huddle rooms to the company-wide Town Hall — while integrating cleanly with the building's electrical and data infrastructure.
Working within an active fit-out environment, Evolve coordinated closely with project stakeholders to bring multiple spaces online quickly and efficiently, ensuring the workplace was operational with minimal disruption.
A Microsoft Teams Town Hall, designed for the full company. The headline component of the project was a dedicated Microsoft Teams Town Hall space — built for company-wide presentations, hybrid meetings, and larger collaborative events. Delivered in partnership with Biamp and HP Poly, the Town Hall environment is a fully integrated conferencing space featuring:
The space was engineered to create a high-quality experience for both in-room participants and remote attendees — every voice picked up clearly, every presenter framed properly, every joined participant treated as part of the meeting rather than an observer.
One consistent meeting experience, every room. Beyond the Town Hall, Evolve deployed a full range of small, medium, and large meeting room solutions throughout the office using HP Poly and LG technologies. Each space was designed to deliver the same Microsoft Teams experience — different room sizes, different meeting styles, but a consistent collaboration platform that staff can use without thinking about which room they're in.
One coordinated delivery. The full scope — AV integration, structured cabling, and electrical infrastructure — was delivered by Evolve's in-house team as a single coordinated package. One project plan, one accountable team across every layer of the fit-out.
For Ingram Micro, that meant a faster turnaround within an active office environment, fewer subcontractors to coordinate, and a single point of contact through the build, install, and handover.
